1. Initial Consultation & Proposal

This is followed by a detailed presentation outlining the redevelopment plan, including layouts, preliminary designs, commercial terms, timelines, specifications, relocation arrangements, and documentation requirements.

2. Finalization & Approvals

In collaboration with residents, we refine the project plan to align with their expectations. A finalized draft, complete with architectural sketches and legal agreements, is submitted for approval. The necessary permits and sanctions are then obtained from municipal or local authorities.

3. Resident Relocation & Site Preparation

Once the agreements are finalized, residents are relocated to temporary accommodation.  The site is then prepared for redevelopment, including demolition and groundwork, ensuring adherence to the approved plans.

4. Construction & Handover

Upon project completion, the building undergoes thorough inspections, finishing touches, and the installation of required amenities. After securing occupation and completion certificates, the property is handed over to the residents, complete with detailed inductions and walkthroughs.

■ Relocation: Relocate society members upon receiving the Commencement Certificate and hand over the site to RISE.

3. Execution & Handover

■ Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute a sales strategy for additional units.

■ Construction & Quality Control: Oversee construction quality, monitor cash flow, and ensure timely project delivery.

■ Possession & Handover: Deliver completed units to existing and new members, obtain the Occupancy Certificate, and transfer the corpus to the society.
